Cold pressed, organic safflower oil, from safflower grown in our farm.
Carthamus Tinctorius is a plant with bright orange flowers, used for its oil, but also as a saffron substitute, using its flowers, or for teas.
The oil is rich in nutrients, fatty acids, vitamins B, K, carotenoids.
The flowers can be used to make a herbal tea, or as a substitute of saffron in risotto, pasta, or in creamy desserts.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
