The most recently restored in a more modern style, set in a cottage close to the pool.

This unit can be rented together with Ecosuite Midori P’tite giving you full access to the entire cottage and its large private patio, for maximum privacy.

With living room, kitchen and half bathroom at ground floor, double bedroom and full bathroom with maxi shower at first floor.

Can accommodate 2 people plus 2 extra beds in the living room, with 1 full bathroom with shower + 1 half bathroom. Floor Air conditioning downstairs, Air Conditioning in the bedroom.

Ground Floor:

Entrance, living room with fireplace and a couch-bed (2 single beds), kitchenette, half bathroom, access to the patio.

First Floor:

Accessible by a sailor style staircase, bedroom with a queen size bed, terrace with view, bathroom with maxi hydromassage-shower.

Every apartment has its private entrance and an outdoor dining area in front of the entrance.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, small oven, and with all the stoves you might need to cook (pots, pans, plates, glasses…)

Matrimonial beds are the standard italian queen size: 160 x 190 cm

Booking Info:

  • Self catering reservations include: bed sheets (changed weekly) and towels (changed twice per week), access to our outdoor swimming pool in warm months from 9:00 to 19:00, and final cleaning. B&b reservations include buffet breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00 every morning.
  • Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00, check-out: from 9:00 to 10:00.
  • Bio Agriturismo Montemenardo is in the countryside of Todi, 12km from the town center, a 10-15 minutes drive.
  • Extra services (Massages and Spa treatments, steam bath, tastings, late check-out, early check-in, etc.) must be requested while making your reservation.
  • In Todi all tourists older than 14 years old must pay a tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per day for up to 4 days.
